Massachusetts Personal Injury and Property Damage Attorneys Providing Tough Representation

Boston trial attorneys representing both plaintiffs and defendants

The attorneys at the Law Offices of Thomas S. Francis have successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of personal injury and property damage claims involving natural gas explosions, toxic torts and motor vehicle accidents. With 25 years of litigation experience each, attorneys Thomas S. Francis and William M. Clark provide clients in Boston, Cambridge, Worcester and throughout Massachusetts with the tough representation they need to win fair and full compensation.

Proven results

The experienced personal injury attorneys at the firm have earned a reputation throughout Massachusetts for successfully advising and representing clients in connection with even the most complex personal injury matters. Consider the results the firm has achieved:

  • Attorney Thomas S. Francis has represented individuals and families on claims against local utilities arising from natural gas explosions that typically occur when a pipe running to a home or other structure fractures and the accumulation of natural gas inside the building results in an explosion.
  • Attorney William M. Clark has represented workers on personal injury claims in “sick building” litigation where the interior air of an affected structure has become toxic and harmed employees working within.
  • Settlements for the firm’s clients in these two areas have ranged from $250,000 to $850,000.

While the firm mainly represents plaintiffs injured in motor vehicle accidents, it also represents defendants. In 1995, Mr. Francis obtained a defense verdict for an institutional client after a week-long jury trial on a multi-million-dollar motor vehicle accident case involving a quadriplegic plaintiff.

Time is of the essence

Massachusetts sets a three-year statutory deadline — from the date of the accident — to file a personal injury claim. If you have been involved in an accident, consult a personal injury lawyer as soon as possible so your claim is filed within the crucial statutory deadline. By investigating your claim immediately, the firm can help ensure that valuable evidence remains available and witnesses’ memories remain fresh. If you are unable to visit our offices in Boston due to your injuries, we can schedule appointments on the weekend or in the evening and make hospital and home visits when necessary.
